This page explains how I process your personal data when you use saalbach.dk, in particular the contact form.

I am the data controller for the information you give me through this website.
When you send a message, I process:
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, agree on a collaboration.
Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you wish to enter into an agreement with me, I process the information to prepare it (Article 6(1)(b)).
A copy for you: you automatically receive an email with a copy of what you sent, so you can see it.
Retention: the message is stored in the website's system and in my inbox. I delete it no later than 12 months after we last were in contact, unless we enter into an agreement. In that case I keep it for as long as the agreement requires and for as long as I am obliged to keep accounting records (under the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
I do not sell your information. It may, however, be processed by my suppliers, who may only use it on my instructions (data processors):
The suppliers process the information in the EU/EEA. If information is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, it is done on a lawful basis, for example the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Like all websites, the server records your IP address and the time of your visit in a server log. This is necessary for security and troubleshooting, and logs are deleted after 90 days. The form uses your IP address temporarily to limit spam, and it is not stored together with your message.
The website uses no cookies for statistics, marketing or tracking. The form sets a technical cookie that protects against misuse (anti-forgery). It is necessary for the form to work and therefore does not require consent. It is deleted when you close your browser.
The website links to, for example, LinkedIn and my customers' sites. I have no influence on how they process information, so please read their own policies.
You have the right to:
Contact me at jon@saalbach.dk if you want to use your rights. If you are unhappy with how I process your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the administration is protected by login, and messages from the form are not available to anyone but me.
I may update this policy. The current version is always available here, with the date at the top.
