Frequently asked questions

Can you take over an Umbraco website developed by someone else?

Yes. I have extensive experience working with existing Umbraco solutions, including websites built by other developers or agencies. I typically start by reviewing the code and configuration to understand the solution before making any changes.

Can you help with a single task, or do I need an ongoing agreement?

No ongoing agreement is required. I handle everything from individual bug fixes and small changes to larger development projects. I also offer ongoing Umbraco support and maintenance when needed.

How much does a freelance Umbraco developer cost?

I generally work on an hourly basis, but fixed-price agreements are also possible for well-defined tasks. The cost depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Get in touch with a description of what you need, and I'll provide an estimate.

Which versions of Umbraco do you work with?

I've worked with Umbraco for many years, from older versions to the latest .NET Core-based releases. I help with both maintaining existing websites and upgrading or migrating to newer, supported versions.

Do you work as a subcontractor for web agencies?

Yes. I work with web agencies as a freelance Umbraco developer, both on individual projects and as additional development capacity over longer periods. I can join an existing development team or handle tasks independently.

Do you only work remotely?

I primarily work remotely, but I'm also available on-site by arrangement, for example during project kickoffs, workshops or when working together in person makes sense.

Need an Umbraco developer?

Ready for new tasks. Call or write – I usually reply within 24 hours. Remote, hybrid or on-site by agreement.
