CHOOSING THE RIGHT SOLUTION

Website with a CMS or web application? 

If you need a website where you can update text, images and pages yourself, I would normally recommend a CMS (Content Management System). I use Umbraco, which makes it easy to manage your website content.

If your solution is mainly about custom functionality such as booking, calculations, self-service or automation, a web application built with .NET without a CMS may be a better choice.

The two approaches can also be combined. An Umbraco website can include advanced custom features. I'll help you choose the solution that best fits your needs.

That depends on the scope of the project and how much content needs to be prepared. A straightforward business website will naturally take less time than a solution with custom functionality. Once we've discussed your requirements, I'll provide a realistic timeline.

Can we edit the content ourselves?

Yes. With Umbraco CMS, you can edit text, images and pages yourself. The editing interface is tailored to your content, making everyday updates easy without needing a developer.

Do we need a CMS?

If you regularly need to update text, images or pages, a CMS is usually a good choice. If your solution is mainly about custom functionality such as booking, calculations or self-service, a web application without a CMS may be more suitable. I'll help you decide.

Will the website be optimized for search engines?

I build websites with a solid technical foundation for SEO, including site structure, performance, metadata and mobile usability. This helps Google find and understand your content, although rankings also depend on the content itself and competition for relevant keywords.

Can we get help after the website is launched?
