Børne-Foto needed to modernize its online shop and internal systems without disrupting daily operations. I've updated the solution step by step, allowing old and new systems to work alongside each other. The new online shop is faster and easier to use, and online orders have increased by 35%.

I've migrated the platform from Umbraco 7 to 11, optimised key pages to achieve up to 100/100 in Google PageSpeed, and automated administrative tasks through integrations with the Danish company register, AI and self-service features.
